1. To be enrolled, and to participate, in a contest, promotion and/or program, you must be over the age of 18.
2. Any personal information that you provide shall be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. If you are caught in reselling tickets for more than their face value or engaging in secondary ticketing, 9:30 Club reserves the right to cancel your membership.
9. One loyalty account is permitted per person.
10. Employees, vendors and contractors of I.M.P. and its sub companies may not earn points while working. Points must be earned for purchases and attendance completed during personal time.
11. Loyalty accounts are non-transferable. Members can earn points for purchases, attendance they've made. Loyalty cards can't be shared and used by multiple people to earn points.

We collect information from you when you register on our site. When ordering items on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address.

There's no need to enter a number, just make sure your email address on Ticketmaster matches up with the email address you used to register for Friends with Benefits. We don't get access to Ticketmaster purchasing data immediately so credit for these purchases will show up in your account within 72 hours of the show date.
Because we want to help you celebrate with a free 9:30 Cupcake! Nothing goes better with a birthday show than tasty, tasty sugar. At the beginning of every month, we'll send out an email to all members with a birthday within that month with a link to reserve their cupcake.
Cupcakes will be available at 9:30 Club, Merriweather Post Pavilion, The Atlantis, and The Anthem shows. Lincoln Logs will be available for your 'birthday treat' at The Lincoln Theatre. They are baked fresh daily and go like... well, fresh cupcakes... so be sure to RSVP to let us know when you're coming.
